Important Updates to Booking and Cancellation Policies Effective January 1, 2025
Due to the high demand for Ms. Jolie’s services and her ongoing commitments to writing and international projects, we are implementing updated booking and cancellation policies, effective January 1, 2025.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Starting January 1, 2025, the required notice period for cancellations without a fee will be extended to seven days. If you need to cancel within this timeframe and are unable to do so online, please email us at info@aileyjolie.com. We will make every effort to fill your appointment with another client. However, appointments that cannot be filled, as well as no-shows, will be billed in full.
Consultations & Updated Rates
Consultations for new clients are available by appointment and can be scheduled online. If you cannot find a suitable time, you may request availability via email.
A consultation is required before becoming a client of Ms. Jolie’s. During this session, you will be informed of her services’ current estimated wait time.
A limited number of reduced rates are available.
As Ms. Jolie is now a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS, updated rates for new clients will take effect on January 1, 2025.
These new rates apply only to new clients and do not affect existing clients.
We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in Ms. Jolie’s care.
